Apply a sunscreen with an SPF suited to your needs 20 min prior to sun exposure
Use at least 2 tsp of sunscreen on the face. Also apply a liberal amount on other exposed areas.
Avoid sun exposure between 10am and 4pm as the sun is most damaging in this period.
Use a hat, scarf or sunglasses to protect yourself against the sun.
Remember to keep yourself hydrated, drink plenty of water.
